The ESEE Izula fixed blade knives were appropriately named after the Peruvian ant called the "Isula." The modern day American equivalent of that same ant in known as the Bullet Ant--an aggressive survivor that is independent, light on its feet and very very tough. Much like the Izula, the Izula-II knife features a lightweight yet extremely sturdy design however now includes externally mounted handle scales for extra gripping power. This knife makes an ideal survival knife, skinning knife, emergency rescue knife, or even a concealed carry back-up knife which makes it the ultimate universal tool. This model features canvas micarta handle scales in a tan finish, a desert tan textured powder coated finish blade along with a black injection molded polymer sheath and ambidextrous clip plate. The accessory kit included with this knife is comprised of: paracord, cord lock, large split ring, small split ring, ferro fire starting rod, emergency whistle and a plastic snap hook.Made in the USA.
