The Gerber Presto knives are great. The FAST assisted opening system functions just as you would expect from it's name--fast. The handles are particularly comfortable. They are made of cast aluminum and have a SoftGrip overmold which must be a code name for "feels great in your hand". Although the Presto by Gerber has been around for several years now, it still is extremely popular because of its size, comfort, and reliability. Check it out.
