The literal translation in Greek is "wounding tooth" which represents the sharp and serrated nature of the Troodon's dental structure. The Combat Troodon is 25% larger than the tradition Troodon model but still manages to boast a sleek slender contoured handle that is ergonomic as it is functional. Each Microtech OTF knife has extremely sophisticated internal mechanisms which improve the overall operational functionality and reliability. This model features a copper top in an eggshell finish, black anodized aircraft alloy on the rear handle scale, copper ringed hardware and a spike ground dagger style blade in a two-toned DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) stonewash finish. Package comes complete with a presentation box, zipper pouch as well as a certificate of authenticity. Made in the USA.
