The literal translation in Greek is "wounding tooth" which represents the sharp and serrated nature of the Troodon's dental structure. This dual action powerhouse, which was Microtech's flagship out the front knife in 2006, boasts a nice slim profile and great all-around ergonomics. Each Microtech OTF knife has an extremely sophisticated internal mechanisms which improves the overall operational functionality and reliability. This model features a black hefted aircraft alloy handle complete with blue ringed titanium hardware and an integrated glass breaker function along with an interceptor style blade in a hand-rubbed satin finish.
