The Spyderco Q Ball folder knife is one of many new folders released by Spyderco this year. Named after the Ball Bearing Lock, the Q Ball is the perfect combination of cutting performance in a compact design. This model features a full flat ground VG-10 stainless steel blade as well as ergonomic finger grooves and a generous finger choil. The Q Ball utilizes Spyderco's patented Ball Bearing Lock mechanism--a white ceramic ball that when pulled back releases the blade and allows for convenient ambidextrous operation. This knife is part of Spyderco's Specialty Folder family which includes collaborations with some of the world's most reputable knifemakers and showcases dedicated personal defense tools coupled with numerous "outside-the-box" designs that adds scores of value. This model, the C219GP, features a black textured G-10 handle, a satin finished wharncliffe style blade, skeletonized stainless steel liners, stainless steel back spacer, Spyderco's trademark round hole opening feature and an ambidextrous pocket clip which allows for tip up carry only but is eligible for left or right hand carry options.
