Following Spyderco's history of making traditional style blades using high-end modern materials, the Friction Folder employs a non-locking VG-10 stainless steel blade with satin finish and plain edge along with G-10 handles. Designed by Belgian knifemaker Filip De Leeuw, the knife has a lever that continues the spine of the blade so that light force flips the blade in to position against a stop pin, while the user's grip holds the blade in place during use. Comes with a very nice leather case with pocket clip.
