The Benchmade 3300 Infidel double-action out the front automatic knife was first announced in 2006 and since then has been a favorite amongst law enforcement and military professionals around the globe for its rugged construction, solid durability and an "X" factor of pure awesomeness that one can only experience when owning one. The design of the black anodized 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum handle boasts a milled "step" design that transitions seamlessly into the design of the slide trigger. On the dagger style blade, you will find a blood groove that runs the length of the almost 4" blade on both sides that further enhances the already aggressive nature of this black class model. Furthermore, the enlarged slide trigger is housed on the broad side of the handle scale allowing for better accessibility, even while wearing gloves. Due to the size, this knife comes with a MOLLE compatible nylon sheath and malice clip for multiple carry options. The deep carry pocket clip is designed for tip down carry only. Made in the USA.

The Benchmade Infidel 3300 boasts a double edge spear point blade with double action out the front auto action. The ambidextrous thumb slide features a step pattern that gives your thumb fantastic purchase when opening or closing the blade. The black anodized alumionum handle features a bi-directional tread pattern for superior grip. Tip down, black anodized, deep carry pocket clip.
Built for heavy, tactical use, this beefy OTF has a D2 tool steel blade that keeps an edge. D2 is an air hardened tool steel that gives you good corrosion resistance and excels in wear resistance. When you are going to use a blade often and hard, D2 is an excellent choice because the edge will last so long. When sharpening time comes, because D2 is so tough, I would suggest sending your knife into Benchmade to take advantage of the LifeSharp program. They put a factory edge back on your knife and all they charge is the $5 for shipping.
Another thing I really like about the Infidel is the handle shape. With two long finger choils that flare into a semi blade guard the knife gives your thumb a natural grip point when you hold it in the traditional grip. With bevels in all the right places, there are no sharp corners to cause discomfort.
All in all, the Benchmade Infidel is one of the very best out the front auto knives on the market. An easy 10 out of 10get it, you wont regret it.
