Has my order shipped?

When will my order arrive?

 

This depends on which shipping option you chose. All orders ship out within one business day of being placed. When the order ships, you will receive a tracking code and a best estimate of your package's arrival.

 

Does my knife have a warranty?

 

Every brand name knife we sell does have a manufacturer's warranty. These can be found at the specific knife manufacturer's website. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email us. If you knife is produced overseas, there is a good chance it does not have a warranty.
