Out the Front Knives & OTF Switchblades

Out the Front knives, or OTF's as they are often known, are knives which when triggered, push the blade right out the front of the handle. There are two main types of OTF switchblades; single and double action. Single action push the blade out when triggered but then must be reset or recocked before they can be triggered again. Double action, or D/A, are knives which use the trigger to push the blade out and then use the same button to pull it back in again.
