Despite the name, the Scrub, brings to plenty to the table with a lightweight and compact deign that is full of attributes. This will be Corey Brewer's first model with CRKT and if this is any indication of his potential, it certainly will not be his last. Featured on this knife is a traditional Persian "pesh-kabz" blade style that is praised for its strength and utilitarian abilities. The handle of course provides a paracord wrapped design that keeps the overall width at a minimum while still providing grip security while in use. From the beginning, CRKT has been driven by a single purpose: to bring useful technological advancements and entirely new product concepts to today's market. This model, the 2712, features a black paracord-wrapped carbon steel handle, an upswept trailing point style blade in a black magnesium phosphate coated finish and the black GRN (Glass Reinforced Nylon) sheath, complete with extra paracord, allows for multiple carry options.
