The Sentinel Paracord Monkey Fist is perfect for use as a lanyard or for a self defense tool. This model has Blue Camo colored paracord wrapped around a 1" chrome steel ball. The end of the paracord is tied in a slip knot so you can wrap it around your wrist or use as a lanyard pull on bags, zippers, or backpacks. This Monkey Fist contains about 7' of 550 paracord.
