The Precipice double-action out the front knife is one of many new knives released by Benchmade this year. Modeled blade-wise after the late H&K Epidemic OTF auto model, this modified design features a side-mounted thumb slide that offers a stepped pattern for secure movement, multiple jimping locations for maximum retention in multiple grip styles and offers a slightly wider and slightly longer handle scale as its other newly released brethren--the Benchmade Phaeton. This Black Class model, the 4700, features a black anodized aircraft aluminum handle, a single-edged spear point style blade in a satin finish and the deep carry pocket clip is designed for tip down carry only but is eligible for a left or right hand carry option. Made in the USA.
