If you can get one, get one because this is one of the best knife designs of all time. I have four of the 710's and this one doesn't disappoint at all. I have gold class and custom M390 blades and Damascus blades but I wanted this one with the Magnacut and really different looking and feeling touches they made to this one. I have well over a hundred pocket knives to chose from in my rotation but this one ends up going with me about half the time because it does everything I like so well, size, weight length are perfect for me, probably because I've worked with the original for 25 years, any smaller blade I have just seems too wimpy and anything bigger won't fit easily in my pocket, even the nice Spydercos I have and love are thin but take up more space in my pocket because they are so wide. I end up want this Benchmade 710 on me over all the others. I haven't ruffed it up yet and I don't think I will with this one, I have others for that and this looks so very nice, people that are not even into knives like it. Fidget factor is off the scale because it's so smooth. My Rockstead knives are the only ones that feel as good thumb studding them open. Get one if you can, you'll love it, these hold value like few other brands. The 710's are my favorite and the last knife I would ever get rid of. For real.
