Description
"Fast Life...Fast Knife"™

BladeOps is excited to announce the newest exclusive model to the ever-growing arsenal of Boker Kalashnikov auto knives--the Kalashnikov with a high-performance D2 blade. This exclusive model features a black aluminum handle, standard bead blasted hardware, a drop point style blade in a bead blast finish and the extra-long deep carry pocket clip is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.

The Boker Kalashnikov automatic knife is one of the most popular side open automatics on the market today considering the price point. This knife, as well as the rest of the Kalashnikov auto family, is referred to an auto-conversion knife which means the knife is produced as a folder knife and then converted via third party to offer the automatic function.

D2--an air-hardened tool steel that was developed to cut other steels. This American-made steel offers fantastic toughness and edge retention and is perfect for hard-use applications.

*Please note that the seals on the box will arrive broken due to the knife being converted*

I would like to see a button release for left handed people such as myself. Aside from that I really like this knife. Decent price as well.

You will immediatly want to get it sharper than it comes to you. I'd recommend a start with diamonds for speed (had to say it). Then, you will immediately want to put it to work! I put off getting a 74 for a long time. When I ran across the S30V Sub and the 3.25" in D2, I had to bite. Glad I did. They are tight, solid and sturdy. I've got a couple of well respected $160 side open autos that can't say that in comparison. I'm really looking forward using the hell out these OTJ. Thank you for the steel upgrades Blade Ops and Böker! BTW, shipping was perfect.

Was looking for an automat blade not in the 100+$ range. This one was perfect and the quality is that of a more expensive blade !
