For this year's Magnum Collection model, Boker teamed up with Canadian knifemaker and master bladesmith Wally Hayes when their vision was for a classic Japanese utility knife--and Hayes was the man for the job. With a classic Katana style, each full tang design showcases a horizontally finished satin blade that contains a zero-grind edge for a clean look. The handle features a traditional Japanese "Same" (authentic rayskin) underlay with a "Tsuka-Ito" (resin enforced cotton) wrapping. The Boker Magnum line of knives are designed in cooperation with knife experts worldwide and provide impressive quality and outstanding price-performance ratio. This model features a black rayskin underlay with a resin enforced cotton wrapping, a modified tanto style blade in a satin finish and the black leather sheath features a security strap and also offers a belt carry option. Finally, this package comes complete with a presentation box, polishing cloth as well as a certificate of authenticity.
