The Boker Plus Boker Matic Out the Front Knife is a fantastic pocket knife. To open, you slide the top of the handle to one side and manually open the blade by pushing the slide all the way to the top. Then you slide the handle top over to lock the blade in place. To close, just slide the top over again and the blade will retract automatically. It is a manual open, auto close OTF knife that is perfect for every day carry. The handle on the Boker Matic is made of FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) and on this model is black. Comes with a handy pocket clip. Blade length: 3''. Closed length: 4 1/4''. Weight: 5 oz
