The AUX is one of many new models released by CRKT this year and is offered in 2 different functionalities as well 2 distinct blade configurations. Designed by American knifemaker Lucas Burnley, this fixed bladed version jump-started the production of the folder variations. Burnley, who was the mastermind behind the popular CRKT Obake fixed blade, adds another notch to his belt of impressive designs with a classic fixed blade that boasts a honeycomb textured handle as well as a course jimping platform to aid in daily tasks. From the beginning, CRKT has been driven by a single purpose: to bring useful technological advancements and entirely new product concepts to today's market. This model, the 1200, features a black GRN (Glass Reinforced Nylon) handle, a spear point style blade in a satin finish and the black GRN sheath offers a convenient belt carry option with an added J-hook accessory.
