Lightning Purple OTF Automatic Knife, Black Tanto Blade

The knife looks great and has a good, seemingly dependable action (I just received it today so I can’t speak on longevity of durability quite yet). The color options are great! The one thing I’d be aware of is this is a clone… but a clone built to the same degree of craftsmanship of the Lightning Elite. Nowhere on the knife’s blade (like original Lightnings) or on the pocket clip (like the Lightning Elites) are there any markings specifying Lightning or Lightning Elite, respectively. This has the button and pocket clip style exactly like the Lightning Elites and is a bit heavier than an actual Lightning. (I have Lightning and Lightning Elite to compare to). I’m only knocking 1 star off due to this, as the description should specify “Lightning Elite-style OTF”. Ironically these clones are more expensive than ones with original markings. The knife comes with a nylon sheath/holder unlike originals and a nice box. If you don’t mind it not having Lightning Elite markings and like the expanded color options offered here, then this is still a great knife for you. Keep in mine it is just a tad heavier than an original but not by much. Blade and hardware seem to be of the same materials as the Lightning Elite. Minimal to no button rattle or blade play and a solid lockup.

Good quality, quick action, locks tight, a tad heavy, but definitely worth the price.
