This Microtech Socom Elite auto knife features a black anodized aircraft-grade aluminum handle complete with grip-promoting inlays, a standard part-serrated blade with a black finish and the pocket clip is statically designed for tip down carry only on the traditional side of the handle. This knife has all black hardware which gives it the "tactical" designation.
The redesigned Socom Elite now comes in an automatic variation! While the Socom Elite has been made before, this model has now features an upgraded glassbreaker system in addition to a modified pocket clip and custom standoffs. Since the inaugural models debuted in 1996, the Socom line has been a standard for law enforcement, military personnel as well as the civilian sector or anyone else looking for a workhorse of a folder.
