Each Pillar features full tang construction along with an ergonomic handle design coupled with a finger groove as well as a slight finger choil. This knife is part of SOG's Fixed Blade Knives family which began in 1986 and has been regarded as one of the world's leaders in specialized fixed blades that offer superior performance, modern aesthetics and tools that can handle any job. This model, the UF-1001, features a black canvas micarta handle, a clip point style blade in a satin finish with stonewash flats and a black kydex sheath that includes a Tek-Lok compatible mounting option.
