The TOPS Desert Nomad is a true combat-oriented knife that provides ease of use and effective features. For starters, the cryo-treated 440C blade steel is easy to maintain and even easy to throw an edge on. The T6-6061 aircraft aluminum bolster helps shield the hand and prevent it from slipping onto the blade as well as protect the hand from a would-be attacker. The G-10 handle scales provide plenty of traction--even for the most demanding of applications. Finally the slight clip point blade style with swedge gives you increase piercing abilities should the need arise. The Desert Nomad comes complete with a black leather sheath which allows for a quieter draw versus kydex or nylon.
