Description
The TOPS Knives Frog Market Special is made from 1095 High Carbon Steel and boasts a blade just 1/16" thick and 5 1/4" long with a Black River Wash. Perfect for clean, smooth cuts, the thin profile allows the blade some flexibility which makes it ideal for cutting, chopping and slicing. Steven Dick, the designer, took inspiration from the butchers and fish mongers of Hanoi, Vietnam. The tip of the knife is perfect for boning meat. Use it in the kitchen or when cooking outdoors. The Tan Canvas Micarta handle scales are comfortable for long periods of use. Made in the USA.
