Description
The Benchmade Shoki knife is built based on a Nakamura design. The Shoki features a flat grind bevel clip point blade of M390 Super steel that has a 60-62HRC. The Shoki also features carbon fiber handles with titanium liners and nickel hardware. This knife uses the Nak-Lok locking mechanism which is built from the framework of the locking liner. The Nak-Lok engages using tensile strength, compared to the compression hold of more traditional locking-liners. With the Nak-Lok, the possibility of personal injury is greatly reduced with the opening finger never crossing the blade's path. The Shoki is the perfect manual carry knife for the user who wants a high quality yet functional knife.
