Description
The Boker Kalashnikov automatic knife is one of the most popular side open automatics on the market today considering the price point. This knife, as well as the rest of the Kalashnikov auto family, is referred to an auto-conversion knife which means the knife is produced as a folder knife and then converted via third party to offer the automatic function. The Kalashnikov features an aluminum handle scale with integrated finger grooves for a comfortable ergonomic experience and the D2 blade material offers better edge retention than you would expect. This particular model features a desert tan handle with standard hardware and a drop point blade, that is partly serrated, in a desert tan finish. Finally, the deep carry pocket clip is designed for tip up carry only.

*Please note that the seals on the box will arrive broken due to the knife being converted

The Boker Kalashnikov 74 is an automatic conversion knife from Boker knife. The spring is added into the knife after market. This is one fabulous knife. I carried one on me for about 3 months and used it for everything--even once for cutting sprinkler pipes. The blade is a great length for a mid to large knife. The serrations are great. And you have to love the workmanship on this knife. It comes in a auto clip style box reminiscent of the Kalashnikov machine gun banana clip. Then as you open the box, you see the knife. The knife has great components and is very easy to clean and maintain. This is a fabulous automatic knife and the price is right.
