BladeOps is excited to announce the newest exclusive model to the ever-growing arsenal of Boker Kalashnikov auto knives--the Kalashnikov with a high-performance D2 blade. This exclusive model features a black aluminum handle, standard bead blasted hardware, a drop point style blade in a bead blast finish and the extra-long deep carry pocket clip is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.

The Boker Kalashnikov automatic knife is one of the most popular side open automatics on the market today considering the price point. This knife, as well as the rest of the Kalashnikov auto family, is referred to an auto-conversion knife which means the knife is produced as a folder knife and then converted via third party to offer the automatic function.
D2--an air-hardened tool steel that was developed to cut other steels. This American-made steel offers fantastic toughness and edge retention and is perfect for hard-use applications.

    It fits large hands very well. Excellent blade and the aluminum handle just works, light and strong. Unobtrusive to carry and handy to use. Liked it well e a nephew one.

    The D2 steel on this knife is a cut above the regular AUS-8. The blade is solid, tight, and opens fast in a satisfying, snappy way. It could be one of the best workhorse knives around. This steel will be in its best condition with a drop of the proper oil applied from time to time, as needed.

    This knife has a simple design that is functional, ergonomic, and appealing. The automatic function works good and is simple to use and having an aluminum handle construction makes the price affordable and the knife lightweight, The kalashnikov knife can be purchase with out worries because your money is well invested in a product that will do what its design to perform due to it been made as a functional piece more than a statement or luxury. You will truly enjoy it.
