BladeOps is excited to announce the newest exclusive model to the ever-growing arsenal of Boker Kalashnikov auto knives--the Kalashnikov with a high-performance D2 blade. This exclusive model features a black aluminum handle, standard bead blasted hardware, a drop point style blade in a bead blast finish and the extra-long deep carry pocket clip is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.

The Boker Kalashnikov automatic knife is one of the most popular side open automatics on the market today considering the price point. This knife, as well as the rest of the Kalashnikov auto family, is referred to an auto-conversion knife which means the knife is produced as a folder knife and then converted via third party to offer the automatic function.
D2--an air-hardened tool steel that was developed to cut other steels. This American-made steel offers fantastic toughness and edge retention and is perfect for hard-use applications.

    Great EDC with the one of the best deep pocket clips. 6 years using every day with no problems and holds a good edge.

    This is a sweet EDC. Finish is nice, auto is very snappy, and while the D2 is considered dated by some, it works well with this knife. Not my usual style--especially with the finger grooves--but again, it works. I'm pleased.

    Fun knife with a great action and design. Carries nicely, with a really good clip. Been carrying it for about 6 years now. I'm absolutely not a fan of writing a review 10 minutes after I receive a product. I just wish these were made with a better blade steel. I have to sharpen it almost every day.
