BladeOps is excited to announce the newest exclusive model to the ever-growing arsenal of Boker Kalashnikov auto knives--the Kalashnikov with a high-performance D2 blade. This exclusive model features a black aluminum handle, standard bead blasted hardware, a drop point style blade in a bead blast finish and the extra-long deep carry pocket clip is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.

The Boker Kalashnikov automatic knife is one of the most popular side open automatics on the market today considering the price point. This knife, as well as the rest of the Kalashnikov auto family, is referred to an auto-conversion knife which means the knife is produced as a folder knife and then converted via third party to offer the automatic function.
D2--an air-hardened tool steel that was developed to cut other steels. This American-made steel offers fantastic toughness and edge retention and is perfect for hard-use applications.

    Nice knife, got it for my daughter to carry, fires a bit slow, until I put a few drops of oil on pivot, now works good, blade will need a little sharping. She is going on 18 yrs old and needs something in her car to carry.

    Good lockup, sufficient spring strength for blade weight, little to no blade play. Not a fan of the pocket clip--no option to change clip position. I removed clip and inserted a small spacer in its place. Had to sharpen knife upon receipt, seems to be keeping an edge. Good, rugged EDC knife for the money.

    This is a great all around pocket utility knife. Used for several years for work and general tasks. Knife takes a beating and last a long time. Just purchased another after wearing out the last one.

    I have carried this knife for years as a everyday work knife and I really like them, the blade sharpens fairly easy but doesn’t hold the edge really well but good enough for daily use and BladeOps was a Great Place to purchase, Fast Shipping Thanks
