Unbeknownst to most, American knifemaker Lucas Burley vowed this year to create a new knife design every single day and on the 69th day, the M69 custom knife was born. That design was now brought forward to a production version--dubbed the Sketch. Each liner lock designed folding model features an over-sized thumb slot for easy opening capabilities and the blade style brings about more cutting real estate to assist with daily tasks. From the beginning, CRKT has been driven by a single purpose: to bring useful technological advancements and entirely new product concepts to today's market. This model, the 2430, features a red and black ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) handle, stainless steel liners, a modified wharncliffe style blade in a black finish and the pocket clip is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.
