Designed by American knifemaker Russ Kommer, the Big Eddy is a fillet knife that is built for success. Kommer brings his experience as both a hunting and fishing guide in the makeup of knife knife--featuring a patented, and resourceful, Dual Grind™--defined as a hollow grind on the right (top) side of the blade while the left (bottom) side of the blade is taper ground to reduce friction without digging. From the beginning, CRKT has been driven by a single purpose: to bring useful technological advancements and entirely new product concepts to today's market. This model features a black polypropylene handle, a partially serrated trailing point style blade, complete with Triple-Point™ serrations, in a satin finish and the black polypropylene houses a belt clip.
