This is a very unique piece that exhibits some spectacular engineering and design. It’s very rigid and stout and comfortable in the hand. For a knife with so many pivots it’s remarkably stiff and virtually free of blade play. The only complaint I have is the pocket clip. With a little bending and prying I was able to get the clip to at least be functional but when the knife arrived the clip was flush with the body of the knife and not possible to use. Other than that I’ve never seen a folding karambit that is so easy and quick to deploy. I was under the impression that the knife was US made but it is made in Taiwan. Ordinarily I won’t bother with blades made in Taiwan but this thing is made to very high tolerances and meets QA standards That are remarkable! We are seeing manufacturing in China and Taiwan start to reach very high levels that I frankly did not think was possible. Plain and simple this piece is loaded with the features and character that we as knife junkies dig! If you like knives you’ll love this thing.
