"But what makes this knife extra special is its namesake. Collectors of GiantMouse knives will immediately recognize that the ACE Atelier is a smaller version of their beloved ACE Grand, which was named after the "Grand Hotel" in Nuremberg, Germany - the GiantMouse team's favorite hotel. And just like the Grand Hotel, the ACE Atelier pays homage to the team's favorite bar in Nuremberg - the art-deco designed "Atelier Bar," which happens to be located inside the Grand Hotel!"

I have many knives at this point, some much more expensive than this one. I haven’t put this one down since I got it. My only small complaint is access to the lock bar could be better. But I got over that. If you haven’t bought one yet, you’re missing out.
