Rick Hinderer designed the XM-18 series of knives to be a no nonsense tactical tool that bleeds toughness. Everything about Hinderer knives are made in-house--from the grinding of the blade, to the stainless steel pivots, all the way down to the Rick Hinderer designed lock bar stabilizer. This XM-18 model with the 3.5" satin finished (with stonewash flats) skinner-style blade includes a blued titanium pocket clip and filler tab and includes a black G-10 handle on the front side and a dark titanium handle scale where the frame lock design is located. Keep in mind that Hinderer knives are fully customizable including the nuts, screws, standoffs, pocket clip, back spacer, ect. This model is designed for both tip up or tip down carry.
