The Ontario Ranger Series Afghan Fixed Fixed Blade is built with a 5160 steel blade with black texture powder coating. This model, the 9419BMS, sports a black micarta handle and a 5" serrated blade. Designed by Justin Gingrich, this big fixed blade knife has an amazingly comfortable handle shape that is easy to grip and hold onto. The Afghan handle is extra wide for larger hands. The micarta handle provides plenty of grip regardless of the environment. A generous finger choil and a thumb ramp on the spine provide even more blade control for in close work. Built for heavy duty use, the Afghan Fixed Blade Knife is ready for action. Comes standard with a MOLLE compatible black nylon sheath. The sheath has a hard plastic insert to protect your knife edge and it has a roomy utility pouch.
