The Pro-Tech Tuxedo Brend 1 is an enormous automatic knife. It has a DLC black coated 154 CM blade (which is plain edge) and a black anodized T-6 6061 body with Maple Burl Handle inserts. It has a TiNi pocket clip. It also comes with a very heavy duty black nylon sheath. This auto knife is incredible, the speed at which it snaps out is nearly unbelievable. A very nice knife for tactical needs. It has an excellent thin profile and feels good in your hand. This is a knife that can be used--or for a nice collection. This automatic knife by Pro-Tech is a behemoth. As you would expect from a Pro-Tech knife, the action is fast and smooth. Their knives have some of the best action--both open and lock up--in the industry. I especially like this edition, the PT1107, because of the maple burl. I woodwork as a hobby and know how difficult it can be to get a nice smooth edge on maple burl. They have done a great job with it. The fit and finish of this knife is masterful. Plus, the DLC black coated blade adds a nice touch of class to an already terrific knife. Review by T
