Now in its 4th installment, the Serge Panchenko designed Dog Tag folder gives you the utilitarian ability of a knife with the compact clandestine make-up that could fit easily into a pocket, wallet or worn around the neck (chain sold separately). Each Dog Tag features utilizes a slipjoint non-locking mechanism in which the blade is held open by spring pressure on a flat section on the back of the blade's tang and is deployed with the round hole as well as the adjoining milled pocket on the blade. This model, the C188ALP, features a matted aluminum handle, a cleaver style blade in a darkened stonewash finish, Spyderco's trademark round hole opening feature and this model has no pocket clip.
