Its full flat-ground VG-10 stainless steel blade offers precise, low-friction cutting performance and outstanding corrosion resistance and the fully serrated nature of the blade helps reduce drag. This knife is part of Spyderco's Kitchen Knife family which includes products built from years and years of research and fine-tuning to create knives that are built to the exacting and demanding standards of the culinary industry. This model, the K11S, features a polished black corian handle, Spyderco's trademark round hole feature and a fully serrated (SpyderEdge) blade in a satin finish.
