The initial Spyderco PPT folder was a collaborative effort between 3 French knifemakers--Fred Perrin, Philippe Perotti and Sacha Thiel. This model features a pistol-like handle profile coupled with 3-D machined handle scales and a concaved swedge for all-around control. This knife is part of Spyderco's exclusive Sprint Run family which offers limited-edition production runs of knives not found in their normal production models. These knives are highly sought after because once they run out, they will never be made again in the same variation. This model, the C135CFP, features carbon fiber handle scales, a modified wharncliffe style blade in a satin finish, Spyderco's trademark round hole opening feature and a deep carry pocket clip that is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.
