The Spyderco Lil' Lum Blue Nishijin folder knife is one of many new folders released by Spyderco this year. This knife's future-forward design highlights a full flat ground blade and utilizes Spyderco's Linerlock mechanism--a leaf-like spring split from the liner to wedge laterally against a ramped surface on the tang of the blade. Furthermore, this special knife showcases a form of traditional Japanese weaving called Nishijin for the handle scale which creates a special touch of elegance. This knife is part of Spyderco's exclusive Sprint Run family which offers limited-edition production runs of knives not found in their normal production models. These knives are highly sought after because once they run out, they will never be made again in the same variation. This model, the C205GFBLP, features a blue Nishijin glass fiber handle, a satin finished leaf shape blade, Spyderco's trademark round hole opening feature and an ambidextrous pocket clip which allows for tip up carry only but is eligible for left or right hand carry options.
