Description
This Sprint Run Spyderco 2 XL Lockback Knife features a blue Nishijin glass fiber handle paired up with a DPS15 Damascus steel blade.
The blade is made of a VG-10 stainless steel core sandwiched between two outer billets of Damascus--each one 15 layers of forge welded steel.
The finished blade is flat ground and acid etched to reveal a striking 31-layer pattern.
The handle is inpsired by a 1200 year old Japanese method of textile weaving and is a stunning example of state of the art glass fiber.
Made in Japan.
