The name Mil-SPIE is an acronym that the DOD came up with several years ago which stands for Military-Special Projects Individual Equipment. This go-to EDC folder is very popular due to its solid construction and TOPS quality and comes in a variety of finishes and blade styles. Each liner lock designed model sports a stainless steel blade that is deployed with the help of thumb studs. This model features tan anodized semi-skeletonized aluminum handle scales, a tanto style blade in a black traction coating and the pocket clip is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.
