Description

The TOPS Knives Exclusive BlackOut edition of the Wild Pig Hunter gives you a 7 1/2" blade built specifically for wild pig hunting. A mature feral hog can weigh over 400 pounds and sport 4 razor sharp tusks. The men who hunt these beasts need to be prepared with the best knives possible--the TOPS Wild Pig Hunter fits the bill. The 1/4" thick 1095 high carbon steel blade has a special BlackOut, black powdercoat finish. This hardcore knife has black G10 handle scales with the "Rocky Mountain Tread" for a secure grip in wet, muddy and bloody conditions. It also has red G10 liners. Comes with a special USA made Kydex sheath.

    Outstanding knife at a very reasonable price. I live in a remote area of NH and we do have wild pigs...escapees from a private hunting club. I'm ready now!!!

    Out of the box, the knife was pretty dull. I could run a finger over the edge safely. But it's nothing a little sharpening won't fix. Also, the cross bolts on the handle were pretty loose. Again, nothing a little work won't fix. Quality control is a bit lacking, but overall it's a great balde. Really intimidating, holds edge well, and is one of those blades that grabs you back when you handle it. I would totally recommend it.

    Its over priced. Blade is not worth more than 175.00. The guards on the handle I wish was a lil longer and thicker. But other than that. Awesome blade.

    The Blackout Edition is so sweet. Absolutely awesome. Wanted the Wild pig hunter, but the normal version being non coated was a no go for me. This version on the other hand, had the proper coating and sheath. Didnt even know it existed till i seen the youtube video Bladeops made. Great job on this one. matched my black/red scaled B.o.b perfectly. Really quiet Happy with this. The delivery was incredibly fast (like 2 days.) Thanks Blade ops. Your service is impeccable.
