Description

The TOPS Knives Exclusive BlackOut edition of the Wild Pig Hunter gives you a 7 1/2" blade built specifically for wild pig hunting. A mature feral hog can weigh over 400 pounds and sport 4 razor sharp tusks. The men who hunt these beasts need to be prepared with the best knives possible--the TOPS Wild Pig Hunter fits the bill. The 1/4" thick 1095 high carbon steel blade has a special BlackOut, black powdercoat finish. This hardcore knife has black G10 handle scales with the "Rocky Mountain Tread" for a secure grip in wet, muddy and bloody conditions. It also has red G10 liners. Comes with a special USA made Kydex sheath.

    Very comfortable handle, perfect size, I thought from the pics that the tread pattern might be a too aggressive but it's actually just right. Edge is sharper than I expected for a blade that thick. Including the kydex sheath makes it a great deal. Love the integral guard design they used. My only complaints would be the finish on mine at least is a little bumpy, it has tiny little dimples here & there. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way or not. I would have preferred it be completely smooth but it's not a big deal. And the liners on mine are more orange than red. Very glad I got one. Definitely recommend.
