The TOPS Knives Dicer 8 Chef Knife, designed by Jesus Arellano, makes preparing your meal a breeze. This knife boasts a blade with roughly 7.75" of cutting edge and has a little more belly than your standard chef's knife. The blade is made of high quality CPM-S35VN steel. This steel holds its edge better than most kitchen knives and is able to take a very keen edge. The blue and black layered G10 handle gives your steak knife a fantastic look. The Dicer series came about in 2017 when the original Chef Dicer won the 2017 contest. The Steak Knife is the continuation of the series.
