We don't recommend you convert the knife yourself, but if you have an already converted knife and need a spring--this is the one you need. You only need one spring but we sell them in pairs just in case you break one.

I thought these were sold in 2 packs because they were difficult to install. Taking the Boker apart - that was not case - these springs are very easy to remove and replace. You get a spare because the spring fails in one friction area after constant use. Two small Torx wrenches and 4-5 minutes, you are done. Two minutes longer if you clean and lube the inside.
