The Shun Classic Asian Cook's Knife with a 7 in. blade is a must-have for every kitchen. The style of this knife is knonw as a gyuto in Japan, which is the Japanese equivalent of the chef's knife. Perfect for meat and fish, fruit and vegetables, this all-purpose knife has a narrower profile than a traditional chef's knife but still packs just what you need to get the job done. Lighter, more nimble, this multi-purpose knitchen knife will quickly become the knife you find yourself reaching for to complete any number of kitchen preparation tasks.
